I can not thank my fellow deacons and our church administrator, Gayle, enough as they worked so diligently to provide a beautiful worship area and luncheon for the 100 and more people who came to Anne Hopkins memorial service today at St. Paul Presbyterian.
Care Group 4 stepped up as well, helping provide the food we served. And how can we say thank you enough to Rev. Patti Anderson from St. James? She delivered a beautiful service about Anne and her love of family and God. Having her help providing pastoral care to our congregation while we are without a pastor is invaluable!
I am in awe of what people choose to do for each other in a time of need!
